Martina is a start-up business professional with over 15+ years of experience. She has held a broad range of management positions directing and motivating diverse departments and project teams, whilst supported start-up organizations in healthy growth. She’s been responsible for the development and implementation of the Office and Human Resources processes, as well as supported other line of services across the US and UK.
She has recently joined Fidato Partners (“Fidato”) to help with HR and business operations. As part of her HR responsibilities, Martina is involved in establishing and composing Fidato’s internal materials, including policies and procedures, as well as company benefits.
Martina holds her Master’s of Science in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University, Delaware.
